Functions:
Focused on the central work of SASAC, it conducts in-depth studies on the theories and practices of state-owned assets supervision and management, the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and the structural adjustment of the state economy. It performs functions as a think tank, gives advice to SASAC and SASAC Party Committee, carries out consultation services, and completes other tasks assigned by the leadership of SASAC.
