Functions:
It undertakes the education and training for current executives, reserve executives, and strategic reserve personnel of key state-owned enterprises and financial institutions as well as for leaders and key teachers of enterprise training bases nationwide. It also carries out scientific studies and academic exchanges related to personnel education and training.
