Seventy-two of Air China's domestic flights from the Beijing Capital International Airport to 21 destinations were re-deployed from the T3 to T2 terminal on Jan 15, a key move to build the airport into a world-class aviation hub.
Centered on the people, Air China is devoted to evolving into an internationally-competitive air transport industry enterprise by improving service and constructing software and hardware platforms.
So far, Air China has set up windows for check-in services for passengers with different demands in the T2 terminal.
Self-service machines, lounges and baggage inquiry centers are also launched there to improve check-in efficiency and provide luggage inquiry services for passengers.
Guides and signs are allocated and set up to help passengers transfer within T2 and between T2 and T3.
More flights are scheduled to be deployed in T2 this March and Air China will continue to provide high-quality and highly-efficient travel service for passengers.
