Curriculum Vitae:      

Mr. Yuan Ye, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1965 in Chongqing. He started his career in July 1986 and is a CPC member. He graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in political economics. He holds a doctor's degree of economics and is a senior auditor.

Mr. Yuan Ye has successively held the following posts:

Cadre of Chengdu Department Store in Sichuan Province;

Cadre, Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief of the Chengdu Office of the National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China (CNAO);

Division Chief of the Second Division of the Department of Financial System Audit of CNAO;

Deputy Director General, Director General of the Department of Financial System Audit of CNAO;

Commissioner and Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of Guangzhou Office of CNAO;

Director General of the Department of Public Finance Audit of CNAO;

Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Hangzhou (temporary position);

Member of the Leading Party Members' Group of CNAO and Director General of the Department of Public Finance Audit of CNAO;

Member of the Leading Party Members' Group and Deputy Auditor General of CNAO;

Currently, Yuan Ye is Member of the CPC Committee, SASAC and Vice Chairman of SASAC.
